Let’s get our hands dirty and dig up some comfrey roots!
Comfrey is an amazing herb that will help relieve your joint pain, sore muscles and skin issues. It even helps to repair bones, that’s where it’s old name – knitbone – comes from.
Together we will go through the whole process, from learning about the plant, identifying it, digging up the roots and then using them.
You will learn how to make a salve, a poultice and a tincture. And take a jar of comfrey balm home!
When: Sunday 1 March 2020 from 12: 30 – 15:00
Where: Sunshine Room, The Park Findhorn, IV36 3TH
Costs: £25; this includes a jar of comfrey balm
