If you look at the ‘white’ dressings in the supermarket you will see they often contain cheap oils (that are inflammatory) and dairy. It’s not so difficult to make your own that doesn’t have dairy, tastes great and is easy to make with whole foods. So here’s a recipe for a dairy free ranch dressing!
