Welcome to my Kitchen! Cooking real food from scratch

For my Welcome to my Kitchen workshops I’m inviting you into my own kitchen!

In my work with clients as a Functional Nutritionist I advise most people to go off sugar, gluten and dairy for some time and to start cooking from scratch. That can be quite a shift and often requires new recipes and cooking skills!

We’ll be making the dishes together in a small group of only 5 people. That means there’s plenty space to get hands-on and for asking questions and connecting. We’ll be in my kitchen so I can show you my tools, pantry and fridge.

A testimonial:

"I was so excited by the new tastes and healthy recipes we tried after my first kitchen session with Eveline that I went straight home and made pancakes - my husband tried one too and he loved it so much that he’s going to join me with healthier eating.

Eveline’s down to earth approach is informative and inspiring, and will help me to make some ongoing positive changes to both my eating and my kitchen set up.

I wasn’t sure that I was going to enjoy being hands on in a group of people, but I had fun, and I really enjoyed the tasting! Eveline’s got some great gadgets and ideas which will make my time in my home kitchen better organised so I can keep going with some new regimes.

Being in Eveline’s kitchen everything is to hand, whereas cooking in my kitchen I don’t have such an array of gluten, dairy and sugar free foods to play with. It was a very enlightening experience that I would thoroughly recommend."
