Taking care of our gut and digestion is one of the most important things we can do for our health. If our digestive system can’t break our food down to the smallest particles we suffer!
Bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux – these are all sure signs that our gut needs some support.
During this workshop we will look at some of these digestive issues and how you can use simple remedies and herbs for support.
We will create a bitter tincture that actually tastes nice and you will take a small bottle (30 ml) home.
